FinMES
FinMES integrate the APS and MES, to answer the questions when to start production, how to produce, what to do today, what have done today.
Configure the process of production, and determine which parts to pass through which machine. Then system will automatically arrange the parts to the specific machine.
When accept the order, it will be arranged to specific equipment. And system will show the plan of every equipment, you will know whether the equipment is full capacity.
FinMES integrate the optimization. You needn't to output the data of production for optimization. You can optimize one-click.
Worker can directly query the tasks from the workstation, and download the machining files for present machine. FinMES can output multi brands of machine. You don't need to output machining files for every kind of machine in advance.
FinMES have package function, can scan the barcode to confirm the parts packed, and print the package label for warehouse.
With data from the execution, we can display some dashboard for monitor.
